This blog has been a pet project and I feel like this space gives me a creative outlet and a way to share all my drink and meal creations with friends.  Finding quick and easy recipes can become overwhelming sometimes with so much information out there.  Being able to find a tried and true recipe can't be beat.  If I can help one person feel better about meal planning, cooking, cocktail creations or just to be able to set an amazing table, then my blog has done what I wanted it to do.  I truly believe that there will be something in my blog for everyone and if there isn't, leave me a comment or send me a email and I will find a way to help. 

I also don't want this to be a "wordy" space.  I'll try to keep what I have to say, simple and sweet.  The last thing I want is for my audience to roll their eyes when I have a new post or to scroll threw paragraphs of content to get to the good stuff.  I'm not a professional chef and my recipes are from my favorite cookbooks, magazines, friends and family.  I will do my best to make everything clear, simple and fun.  Please enjoy this space as I intend it to be light and easy.  But buckle up because you never know what you might get after a few cocktails!
