Steak, goat cheese and eggs…. all the things I want together in the morning

Early mornings are not for everyone, but when we do peel ourselves out of bed at 9 am on a Saturday.  I let my baby boy pick the first meal of the day.  PANCAKES always hover on #1. 

My Favorite brunch item.  Crispy on the outside and warm and soft inside.  Loaded with fresh berries and drizzled with hot maple syrup, what else could a carb addict wish for!

Dinner doesn’t have to be meat and potatoes, step outside your comfort zone and add a little strange to your life…. but don’t forget the champagne

Don't stress about the perfect steak, make it!  A few great techniques and some great cuts of meat and you can cancel those reservations at a fancy steakhouse.

Ribs are a easy go to for dinner.  Picking a special sauce that can be changed around several times for different flavors keeps it exciting, and letting the oven or slow cooker do all the work makes it my favorite on a lazy weekend!
